We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

We strive to ensure that all content provided in the „Mein Retter“ app and on our website is accurate and up-to-date.
According to German law (§ 7 TMG), we are responsible for our own content.
However, we are not obliged to monitor external information or investigate circumstances that may indicate illegal activity (§§ 8–10 TMG).
Obligations to remove or block information according to general laws remain unaffected. Liability is only possible from the moment a specific infringement becomes known. If such infringements become known, we will remove the content immediately.

Our app and website may contain links to external third-party websites. We have no influence over the content of these sites.
Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for such external content.
The respective provider or operator is always responsible for external content. Illegal content was not identifiable at the time the link was set. If we become aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
